Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration & Payment:
    Registration for the demo class is confirmed only after successful fee payment through the approved payment methods shared by the institute.
  2. Non-Refundable Fee:
    The demo class fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance. Once paid, no refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
  3. Session Access:
    Only registered students with their parents who have completed the payment will receive the meeting link details. Links are intended for single-user access and cannot be shared.
  4. Rescheduling Policy:
    If a student is unable to attend the scheduled session, the institute may not allow rescheduling. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
  5. Technical Issues (Online Sessions):
    The institute is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side (internet failure, device problems, etc.). If the instructor faces a technical issue from the institute side, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
  6. Conduct & Participation:
    Students are expected to maintain discipline and positive participation during the session. The institute reserves the right to remove any participant causing disruption.
  7. Use of Study Material:
    Any material shared during or after the demo class is for personal use only and cannot be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
  8. Changes & Updates:
    The institute reserves the right to modify class timing, trainer assignment, or course content if required. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
  9. Privacy & Security:
    Recording of the session (audio/video) by participants is strictly prohibited. The institute may record the session for quality and training purposes.
  10. Acceptance of Terms:
    By making the payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
